Welcome! I am Brian Thibault and I am in the process of developing MakeArtCK.
My vision for MakeArtCK is to offer CK residents an affordable, inclusive and safe space for all experience levels of photographers and editors. I am working on plans to build a multi-studio space that offers clients a photography studio, editing studio and a range of professional cameras, lenses and lighting equipment to rent at significantly below-market rental rates.
Having been taking photographs in this area for many years, and having wanted to use a studio at times, I have found that there are no affordable spaces - and when I say affordable, I mean for those of us that can’t afford $100/hour or more.
I have a survey available online and in print. If you feel inclined to provide your insight, please complete this survey as it will really help me to align my vision with community needs.
